Punch Clock
- Search Panes feature has been added the Punch Clock Admin screen
- To make it quicker to filter the list of workflogs displayed on the Punch Clock Admin screen, users can now access the Search Panes feature to filter the table. This helps with bulk worklogs approvals and updates. Search Pane filtering is a feature on Croptracker reporting that supports more granular report ordering and filtering for quick visibility or for export.

- Employee Absent Report will no longer log an employee absence if there is an open worklog for them on that day.
- This report will check every day the report filter is set for and will log an employee as absent in the report if they do not have a worklog on any one of the specified days. For example, if an employee worked Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, but was absent on Tuesday, the employee would be marked absent in a report filtered for that week.
- This update is to help ensure employees are not penalized for being absent if they happen to forget to punch out. For example, if an employee has worked all week, but failed to punch out on Friday before heading home for the weekend, the absent report filtered for that week would not mark them absent.
Punch Clock and Production Practice
- Croptracker is pleased to announce an upgrade to all Punch Clock users – our Production Practice module is now included in all Punch Clock subscriptions.
- Users with only Punch Clock should expect Production Practice workflows to become available in their account this coming week. Production Practice enables Punch Clock users to be able to customize their activities and track pieces and piece rates paid to employees. Field Pack
- Date filter added to the Field Pack event list on the mobile app
- A new date filter has been added to the Field Pack event list on the mobile app. This feature helps users with high volume harvest to more quickly find past events on the app.
Spray
- Warning messages added to the Spray mobile entry to ensure data integrity
- The Spray mobile event set up has some additional warning messages and prompts to ensure all required data is entered properly for audits and tank mix calculations.
Quality Control
- Inspection type now displayed on inspection selection screen on app
- When selecting an inspection template on the app, the template type is now shown to make selection easier.
- Inspection selection screen will now filter for appropriate Inspection types depending on what kind of event the inspection is being added to
- To make data entry quicker and more accurate, Inspection template selection will now be limited depending on the event type and the template types that match. For example, when adding an inspection to Inventory, only Inventory type Inspection templates will be visible for selections. Or when adding an Inspection to a Production Practice event, only Location type Inspection templates are selectable. When starting an inspection from a Quality Control event, all Inspection template types are still selectable.
Outstanding Bin Inventory
- Outstanding Bin Inventory Report formatted update
- The Outstanding Bin Inventory Report has been reformatted to better present data. The column headers and in cell display has been updated to be more readable. The Outstanding Bin Inventory feature is an add-on to Croptracker’s Shipping module. Get in touch for more information on tracking re-usable harvest container inventory with Croptracker.
